Michael has spent 25 years designing, maintaining and training people to support medical equipment and systems in the most remote communities around the world. He has written and delivered biomedical technician training in Australia, East Timor, Malaysia, Tanzania and Guatemala.
Michael’s prizewinning remote and sustainable dialysis designs are in use today in remote Australia, here, here and here.
Michael’s vision is for a world where remote communities have access to medical devices and systems that are sustainable, appropriate and operational everywhere and every time they are needed, regardless of location or resources.
